  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the item didn't fit your space.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original packaging to ensure the natural wood finish is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the exterior of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our woodworkers inspect the returned item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
